Important information you should know
Normally during the mid-low season, check-in and check-out can be done any day of the week. In July and August, check-in and check-out will be on Saturday at almost all properties. Please note that check-in will be from 3 p.m. and check-out before 10 a.m. In some cases, specific arrival and departure dates and times may be modified if the calendar allows.
The facilities and equipment in the house are based on the maximum occupancy indicated. Please ensure that you do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed.
If you wish to bring a pet, please ask for permission in advance and note that a surcharge may apply.
Initial and final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the final price. Heating and air conditioning costs are usually included in the rental price, but if this is not the case, you will be informed before making your booking.
All houses are fully equipped with amenities such as a refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board and blender. Garden furniture and sun loungers are provided for outdoor areas.
All houses require a deposit of €200, payable in cash on the day of arrival and refundable at the end of your stay. There are some exceptions where the deposit is €500, which will be specified when you make your booking.
