How can I check the availability of accommodation?

The availability of properties shown on the calendar can change quickly. To guarantee the availability of accommodation for your desired dates, you will need to contact AndalucíaVillas.

You can make a request by email (link to page) or by telephone on (+34) 653 916 221. As a service, and if you wish, we can block/pre-book your desired property for 48 hours – naturally without any obligation or expense on your part.

What is included in the accommodation price?

The prices shown are final prices, including electricity, water, gas and household items such as sheets and towels.

Final cleaning is always included in the price. Any extra cleaning during your stay will be charged to the tenant.

Use and cleaning of the swimming pool during the season from 1 April to 31 October is included in the price. Outside this season, there may be an extra charge for use and cleaning of the swimming pool.

In some accommodation with air conditioning, jacuzzi or other energy-intensive appliances, there may be an extra charge for their use. You will always be informed of this in advance.

Minimum stay in the accommodation?

The minimum stay is normally one week / 7 nights. There are some exceptions where 14 nights are required during high season.

During low season and in some cases during mid season, it is possible to rent accommodation for 2 to 5 nights.

Check-in and check-out dates for accommodation?

AndalucíaVillas will always try to adapt the check-in and check-out dates to suit the customer, provided it is not July or August.

The final decision rests with the owner of the property. During high season, check-in and check-out days are usually Saturday to Saturday for almost all properties.

During mid and low season, there is more flexibility with regard to check-in and check-out days, and under normal circumstances, the customer can choose their preferred day.

What are the check-in and check-out times for the properties?

As a general rule, check-in for a property is from 4pm onwards. Check-out must be before 10am.

These times are subject to the previous and subsequent occupancy of the property on that day. Check-in may be earlier than 4pm if there are no guests in the property on that day.

AndalucíaVillas will always try to adapt the check-in and check-out times to suit the customer. Check-ins after 10pm must be communicated in advance.

How do I make a booking?

Once you have decided on accommodation, you should contact AndalucíaVillas using the contact form on the website, by telephone or by email. We will inform you of the availability of the accommodation and the terms of the contract if you wish to book.

Whenever you wish to rent accommodation, you will need to make a booking and pay a deposit into a bank account that we will provide once both parties are in agreement.

Normally, between 25% and 30% is paid by bank transfer. The remaining amount is paid in cash upon arrival at the property. There are some exceptions where a higher deposit is required.

Do I have to leave a security deposit?

In almost all houses, the security deposit is €200, which must be paid to the owner in cash on the day of arrival and will be returned upon departure if the house is not damaged.

There are some exceptions where a higher deposit is required, which will be specified in the reservation contract.

What should I not do?

  • Misuse the facilities.
  • Bring pets without prior notice.
  • Hold any type of celebration without prior notice.
  • Increase the number of people beyond what was initially agreed upon when booking the accommodation.
  • Exceed the maximum capacity of the house.
  • Arrive after 10pm without prior notice.
