Villa in Sayalonga, Costa del Sol, Spain, with private pool for 11 people. The house is located in a rural, wooded and mountainous area. Just 25 minutes from the beach and 1.5 km from the village of Sayalonga where you can enjoy tapas accompanied by good wine.
 
The house has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The accommodation offers a view of the mountains. The proximity to shops and leisure facilities makes this villa an ideal place to spend your holidays in Spain with family or friends.
 
Rustic in style, with wood, stone, warm colours and different finishes on the furniture, it is a very comfortable place with lots of light coming in through its large windows.
 
Outside, there is a barbecue, minibar, swimming pool and a large terrace where you can relax and enjoy the views of the Sierra de la Axarquía. Near the swimming pool, in a separate room, there is a jacuzzi with capacity for nine people, a delight for relaxing and enjoying the sun through its glass walls.
 
Access is via a 1.6 km semi-paved lane from the road.

Prices

Important information you should know

Normally during the mid-low season, check-in and check-out can be done any day of the week. In July and August, check-in and check-out will be on Saturday at almost all properties. Please note that check-in will be from 3 p.m. and check-out before 10 a.m. In some cases, specific arrival and departure dates and times may be modified if the calendar allows.

The facilities and equipment in the house are based on the maximum occupancy indicated. Please ensure that you do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed.

If you wish to bring a pet, please ask for permission in advance and note that a surcharge may apply.

Initial and final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the final price. Heating and air conditioning costs are usually included in the rental price, but if this is not the case, you will be informed before making your booking.

All houses are fully equipped with amenities such as a refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board and blender. Garden furniture and sun loungers are provided for outdoor areas.

All houses require a deposit of €200, payable in cash on the day of arrival and refundable at the end of your stay. There are some exceptions where the deposit is €500, which will be specified when you make your booking.
